16 Week Complete Prone Paddle Training Programs

If prone paddling is your thing Riding Bumps has a training program for you.  Each periodized training program describes every workout and even includes a taper to help you show up on race day in top form. At checkout, choose your program based on the event you are training for

  • Molokai or other ultra-distance downwind program 
  • Long Distance Flatwater program (races over 15 miles)
  • Short to Middle Distance program (Flatwater and downwind races 5-15 miles).
