Whether you are planning on doing a Molokai/Downwind ultradistance race, a long distance flatwater SUP race, or a short to middle distance SUP race, Riding Bumps has a training program to help you get in your best race form. Each periodized training program described every workout and even includes a taper to help you show up on race day in top form. At checkout, choose your program based on the event you are training for:

  • Molokai or other ultra-distance downwind race SUP program 
  • Long Distance Flatwater program (races over 15 miles)
  • Short to Middle Distance program (flatwater and downwind races 5-15 miles)
  • Battle of the Paddle Advanced/Elite program (COMING SOON)
